Nice enough hotel just off Istiklal and Taksim Square. The hotel has a nice retro style, but is located in a noisy street so expect some noise from the street at night. Didn't try the breakfast, but the restaurant was a nice place to hang out for some drinks and food. Very friendly staff. The beddings were basically just like large towels, which was a bit weird. Shower was great.

Поездка в чисто женской компании прошла прекрасно. Расположение очень удачное. Все развлекательные и гастрономические пожелания в пешей доступности. В номере убирали каждый день. По нашей просьбе принесли в номер ведро со льдом для шампанского. Вежливый персонал. При нас заканчивали ремонт в ресторанчике на 1 этаже. Терраса была закрыта, т.к. 4 дня лил дождь. Всем удачных путешествий и хорошего настроения!!!

I stayed in the hotel because I figured out its close to the main square (Taksim). My priority was to stay close to taksim and somewhere which is not far from the main Isteklal Street. The staff is very friendly, I was offered a early check in since the flight arrived in 2 hours earlier than scheduled and we reached hotel at 9am. Also if you wanna go out clubbing nothing is very far from here. I never had to worry about getting back to the hotel its so close and easy to access. Nice breakfast opens up until late (usually until 12 noon), so no need to get up early for breakfast. 3 mins walk from taksim and Isteklal street.

Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit bis zum Zentrum Taksim Platz, wo sich die Metro und allen anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsanschlüsse befinden. Ebenso die große Einkaufspassage. Da sich das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße befindet hält sich die Geräuschkulisse in Grenzen. Hotelpersonal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Hafta sonu İstanbul’u gezmek için geldik. Oteli konumundan dolayı seçtik. Her yönüyle çok memnun kaldık. 101 nolu odada kaldık. Oda geniş temizdi. Banyo ve tuvalet temizliğide yapılmıştı. Oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi, hem klima hem kalorifer çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı seçeneği azdı fakat temel yiyecekler mevcut ve lezzetliydi. Güler yüzlü bir ablamız vardı. Konum itibariyle belli bir miktar gürültü vardı. Belli bir saat sonrası kesildiği için bizi rahatsız etmedi. Yastıklar ve yatak ortopedik olduğu için çok rahat uyuduk. Taksim ve civarını gezmek isteyenler için çok iyi bir otel. Tekrar kalmayı düşünüyoruz. Teşekkürler

The hotel was really good in everything, location was perfect, you have the privilege of being close to Taksim square and Istiklal streets but you still can sleep quietly. Room was always clean and tidy, breakfast was good. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was the lighting. The whole room was lit up by spotlights and two table lamps, sometimes I would turn on my phone's flashlight while searching for something. Overall I enjoined my stay there and would definitely recommend the place.

Santa Ottoman was recommended by Joseph Abou Najem (my brother) It was my first visit to this hotel and I will stay for sure in my next visit. It is located just 100 m from Taksim Square. Friendly staff, great English communication, clean rooms. Wi-Fi was perfect.

The location is good and the price is fair. The hotel's staff are very nice and kind. And I really want to thank for the man at the reception who helped me sending my passport I forgot at the hotel. Thanks to him, I did not miss the flight and no extra costs except paying for the taxi driver.

Clean room good and comfortable every day they clean the room, close to Taksim Square. So helpful staff, always smiling so kind, they are so good. Breakfast was good same as any hotel; no less, no more. For me, if i visit Istanbul next time, i will stay in this hotel 😀😀

Everything was perfect; clean room, good wifi, wonderful staff, nice breakfast, super location and a great bar. This was my second time in this hotel and I will go there again. Thank you all so much.
