This agreement sets out the pre-contractual information and the rights and obligations of the parties for accommodation bookings made through the Taksim Santa Ottoman Hotel website, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The person who enters their full name, e-mail and phone number in the booking form and submits the booking request.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the accommodation service requested by the guest through the website, on the dates and under the conditions stated in the booking summary.
3. Main characteristics and price of the service
The room type and number of rooms, check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, number of guests, board type and total price are shown in the last step of the booking form and sent to the guest's e-mail address after booking.

4. Creation of the booking
When the booking form is submitted, the request is recorded with the status "pending" and a booking code is sent to the guest.

5. Payment
No payment is taken through the website.

7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning accommodation services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Cancellation and changes are subject to the conditions in section 6.

10. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement may be brought, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, before the consumer arbitration committees at the guest's place of residence or where the service was purchased, and before the consumer courts for amounts above these limits.
11. Entry into force
When the guest ticks the box confirming that they have read and accept this agreement in the booking form and submits the request, they are deemed to have accepted all its terms. The version of the agreement in force at the time of booking applies.
